It's what happens when one's birthday is in close proximity to someone whose DNA is also close.
Reader Dear, I know all about this; ask me, I'm a pro (There's that guy I know with the same birthday, as well as the same parents)!
In the current case it's just birthdays a few days apart, parents of one celebrant being grandparents of the other (surely, Dear Reader, you can figure out the DNA connection on that one!)
The Happy Birthday party was for my Tiny Actor and included his uncle (Only Son). We had lots of candles, Viewer Dear, and double the birthday wishes!
